We accomplish this mission with an outstanding training and safety program, by thorough communication with our clients, and by constantly evaluating and improving the way we go about conducting our diving operations.

Jon Gibson
Jon Gibson Is the Chief Executive Officer of J&J Diving Corporation. A lifetime resident of New Orleans, upon graduating high school he attended Jones County Community College in Ellisville, Mississippi. While working offshore on drilling rigs as a roughneck to put himself through college, he discovered he wanted to be a commercial diver. Jon attended Young's Memorial Dive School in Morgan City, Louisiana and received his commercial diving certification. Working with some of the largest diving companies in the gulf, Jon’s prior experience in the oilfield distinguished him from other divers, and he rose quickly through the ranks serving as diving supervisor and as operations manager for several diving companies.
Seeing an opportunity to bring better service at a competitive price, Jon partnered with Jeff Sikut in 2001 and started J&J Diving Corporation. Jon believes that J&J’s success is because of our personal approach and commitment to giving the customer what they want, quality diving work done safely and honestly.
Jeff Sikut
Jeff Sikut is the President of J&J Diving Corporation. Originally born in Akron, Ohio, his parents moved to Norfolk, Massachusetts where he was raised. He found an interest in scuba diving at the age of 12 and earned his open water certification at the age of 13. During high school Jeff also studied to become a machinist at King Philip Vocational School. Soon after graduation, Jeff was awarded a grant to attend commercial diving school. He graduated from the Ocean Corporation in Houston, Texas in 1989 at the age of 19. He then moved to Louisiana to pursue a career in commercial diving. Due to his strong work ethic, he worked his way up rapidly from dive tender to project manager.
Recognizing an opportunity to be able to control the quality and safety of his services, Jeff partnered with Jon to begin J&J Diving Corporation in 2001.Jeff believes that any project can be completed with proper planning and by listening to his customers. He is always looking to improve the services provided to his clients, better, faster, and safer.
